To my surprise, they replied that they do not ship to Norway. Still, I got the same issue with "get in touch if you want to deliver to Norway". As Norway is on the list of countries on the checkout page, I expected no trouble. I got back to them and tried to order one online. I said that I'll try finding a third-part one, but I wasn't successful with that. Still, customer support offered me to get one. The replacement battery costs a little fortune, it's 50% of the bike price.
I must mention that I have a bike from a reputable Dutch manufacturer that I bought in 2017, and it was going on and on all these years. The promise of 5-7 years of battery life is therefore doubtful. After a bit of back and forth, the customer support concluded that it was completely dead. After winter this year, we discovered that the battery won't charge. I had to bring it to the local repair shop to fix it. A few months after that, the breaks started to squeak. A few months later, part of the tail light stopped working not a crisis.

Worst service and still waiting after 6 months first for the bike and now for the refund ! Since 6 months I had been waiting to get the bike that replaced my car journey.
